BIDS
-
Book exactly as you normally would - there’s no separate process. The bid amount is applied as a credit to your final invoice, for every athlete in your booking. You’ll see it before final payment is due.
-
No. We match bids to bookings at our end. Book as normal and the credit is applied.
-
Yes. Full bid value requires the official Global Games accommodation package. Athletes staying elsewhere don’t receive the full value.
-
It’s applied per athlete as a credit against your overall invoice, so you can allocate it wherever you like — competition entry, accommodation, or a mix. If it isn’t used as invoice credit, it can be paid as cash after you’ve attended.
-
Full value assumes 20 athletes staying on the official accommodation package. Below 20 the bid is pro-rated at the per-athlete rate. Above 20 we divide the total bid value by your actual athlete count instead.
-
Yes. The team must compete under the same team name that won the bid, but the roster may differ and the division may change.
-
Yes. However, that athlete will not be funded as the paid bid only covers those athletes who competed with the team when the bid was won.
-
Yes, you may add more athletes. However, extra athletes will not be covered under the paid bid.
-
To receive the actual value of the paid bid, all athletes must stay at the Official Global Games Hotel.
-
To a New Zealand event or Majors, yes — but the terms change. Those aren’t package events, so the bid becomes a discount on the entry fee: 50% off for a Partial Paid bid, 100% off for a Paid bid. It stays with the athletes who earned it, and applies only to the original team and division.
-
The bid is void and holds no cash or credit value.
-
CheerSport, Level 5 and 6 (including Level 5/6 Non-Tumble), Scholastic Cheer and Dance, Novice Dance, and Cheer and Dance Ability — regardless of placement.
-
Email that request to events@cheerbrandz.com and we’ll arrange it — don’t book it through the form.

-
No. You can change your choreography and music.
