2027 ACCOMMODATION BOOKING FORM

    3. Pay your deposit of $400USD/room to secure your booking. Final payment due 01/02/2027

  • $400USD Per room deposit + processing fee’s required upon booking your accommodation package (non-refundable).

    An invoice confirming your booking will follow. You can make changes by emailing events@cheerbrandz.com up to the final payment date of 01/02/2027

    Changes after 01/02/2027 will incur an admin fee of $50USD per change.

    Cancellations received after 1st February, 2027 will result in a full forfeiture of all money paid. Cancellation must be in writing - not by phone - and the terms change either side of the final payment date.
